Warner Madrigal, 22, is in his third season with the Cedar Rapids Kernels, hitting .235 with four home runs in 30 games. The outfielder suffered his injury when he was hit by a pitch in a May 25 contest against Quad City.
Anderson Rosario has been with the Salt Lake Bees for 18 games this season after starting the year in extended spring training. The 21-year-old from Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, has hit just .118 in the PCL after splitting time between Orem and Rancho Cucamonga last season.
Both Madrigal and Travis Schlichting, who has been on the disabled list with a knee injury since May 27, will report to the Angels' minor league complex in Mesa for further medical evaluation and to get back into game condition.
