Dawgs Land Another 2015

Dawgs Land Another 2015

Georgia picked up another 2015 commitment from Patrick Allen on Monday night.

Georgia picked up it’s second verbal commitment for the 2015 class in as many days, keeping the recruiting momentum rolling on the offensive side of the ball.

Patrick Allen, a 6-foot-5, 285-pound offensive tackle from Reisterstown, MD picked the Bulldogs on Monday over offers from Florida, Florida State and many others.

Allen tweeted: “I know that yall are really hype to know that i am officially commiting to the University of Georgia.”

Allen, ranked a four-star recruit by Scout.com, visited Athens in June and participated in the annual Dawg Night camp.

Georgia received a pledge from junior college running back Chris Carson on Sunday. The Bulldogs have 17 commitments in the current cycle, the class ranked No. 12 according to Scout.

Here are a few thoughts from Dawg Post's Dean Legge and Scout National Recruiting Analyst Chad Simmons on the top offensive line performers at the Mark Richt camp.
